A very prominent person in the map of Karnataka education, Mrs. Bolar is not only the the Managing Trustee of Bolar Education Trust but also an executive committee member of the All India Association of Heads of ISC schools. By birth she is excellent in academics and non-academics. Later worked in England. Now, is the principal of Innisfree House School, which she founded in 1985. She is the founder secretary of the Association of Schools for ICS - Karnataka.

Was awarded a scholarship for a commercial pilot's licence. But was
unable to take the offer.
Worked in England, in several departments of the British Telecommunication service as an executive officer till the Indian qualifications were verified. Thereafter, taught for the 11+ entrance examination of the prestigious Kind Edward Schools in Britain. The entry rate of these schools is about 1 in 100. All the pupils taught for these entrance examinations gained admission into the King Edward schools.
On return to India, worked as the head of the nursery and Primary sections of a prestigious school in Basavanagudi, Bangalore for one-and-a-half years. Opened an ICSE school in Bangalore south in May 1985. Now the school is well established upto the X standard and one of the prestigious institutions.
Has written and published a remarkable series of 5 books for teaching Kannada as third language in ICSE schools. Has written work books in English for classes 1 and 2 based on the state syllabus. Mr G S Sharma, founder-organiser of SSVM group of schools has been serving in the field of education for over 50 years. With his deep insight and vast experience, he is extremely knowledgeable about academic and administrative issues in the system of school and nursery education in the State.
He has been the President of Karnataka Unaided Schools Managements' Association (KUSMA) since 15 years and guiding its destiny and evolving strategies to protect the interests of unaided schools in the State and safeguarding the freedom of managements. At the sametime he has fought for the welfare of students.
Way back in 1950, he started his school with a small scribble with hardly 10 children but with hard work and total dedication he has been able to build his institution brick by brick. It has registered a phenomenal growth within a short span of time and a number of branch schools were established to cater to the educational needs of the localities like Gavipuram, Jayanagar and Banashankari - in Bangalore. With an objective of providing sound education to rural children, he started a free primary school at Bhoothanahalli near Bannerghatta National Park and an unaided school-complex at Parswaganahalli near Kolar. Mr B K Seshachar has decades of experience in teaching and administrative experience after having served as Headmaster and Principal in some schools for a total period of 33 years. He is known for his teaching - perticularly Mathematics, English and Science.

Mr V G Hegde is the Head of academic wing Karnataka State Secondary Teachers Association and Deputy Director of Professional Development Centre of AISTF - which is sponsored by Canadian Teachers' Federation. He was the member of Karnataka State Secondary Education Examination Board for 8 years. Department of Education involves Mr. Hegde in many educational programmes and reforms. He is the member of syllabus review committee of Karnataka State.
The Principal of N K S PU college and D V V Gujarathi Shala, Mr Hegde, joined service as a teacher in Bangalore sometime around 1962. Worked as a lecturer for TCH and higher secondary during 1967-68 and joined the NKS composite PU college on July 1, 1968 as head of the institution.
While in service he has got training in teaching English from British Council. He has participated and guided many District level, State level, National level and International level workshops. He has the privelege to be selected for Thomson Fellowship by Canadian Teachers' Federation and Government of Canada and had participated in workshop in Professional Development programmes and building community of leadership at different states in Canada during July-August 1997. He is the first teacher from Karnataka to be selected for this fellowship as a representative of All India Secondary Teachers' Federation.
Considering his contributions to the field of education, he has been given, State Award in 1982 and National Award in 1992. He has also been honoured by many organisations.
He has worked as secretary, Bangalore North District HMS' and composite PU college, Principal's association for a number of years and as secretary of State Association for two years. During his tenure many workshops and training programmes were conducted for the benefit of teachers and students and many publications were brought out.
