The Subject is really HOT.
It is a general opinion that the donations for the educational institutions
should be banned.

Interestingly another argument is that, donations
should not be banned. If banned, private institutions can not survive.
Then lakhs of students will go without education.
Government does not have the funds and infrastructure to provide free educational
to all. So the situation worsens!

Instead, to control the donation menace a sealing
may be fixed by the government - is another argument.
